Store Manager - Hatfield
Company situated in Hatfield is urgently looking for a Store Manager. The ideal Candidate would be from the Automotive Industry or Logistics Industry. Some of the tasks for this position include the following: • Open and close the store on-time and maintain good housekeeping. • Ensure all walk-in, telephonic, website, and email enquiries are responded to daily and efficiently. Good knowledge of using HubSpot is required, as well as use of spreadsheets, presentation software, hand-held devices and general computer knowledge. • Effective management of the store to ensure sales goals are achieved. • Identify ways to drive sales and ensure action is taken to achieve goals. • Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained. • Planning and scheduling of client lessons, bookings and tests. • Provide Learners licence training and support to the students. • Provide Code B and C1 Simulator training. • General knowledge and understanding of the Driver training industry is desired. • Financial literacy is required to manage sales: quoting, invoicing, debtors and creditor management, and expenses • Preparing weekly and monthly sales and resource loading reports. • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment policies and refunds. • Manage a sales pipeline in a CRM tool called Hubspot; • Maintain customer files in an orderly manner. • Efficient data capturing. Mandatory Requirements Minimum Grade 12 required and formal training in retail sales and retail management • Applicant must have at least 2 years’ experience in a retail and sales environment • Have a valid driving licence • Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills references • Quoting and invoicing knowledge • Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction • Must have the ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate) • Ability to speak multiple language: English (preferred), Afrikaans, Zulu, Tswana • Effective time management to ensure daily shift and monthly plans are executed.
