Store Manager - Secunda

Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join our esteemed client in Secunda. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and implementing marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales. Responsibilities : Ensure full compliance in all aspects of daily store operations Minimize risks across all departments of the store Lead and supervise staff management Provide daily and weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Area Manager Manage cash and general administration efficiently Oversee stock management Drive sales to achieve group budgets Implement new strategies and initiatives effectively Continuously report on key performance areas Optimize promotion of the company brand Evaluate and optimize store operations and layout Obtain relevant approvals as required Ensure correct utilization of IT systems Requirements: Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role Excellent leadership and management skills Matric and Relevant Tertiary education in Retail/Business Strong customer service orientation Good understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
