Talent Candey is assisting a reputable Fashion Retail client that is seeking a skilled Store Manager for two of their stores based in Century City, Cape Town. 1 Store Manager for each store OR 1 Store Manager for both stores. Salary : Market-related (depending on experience) Requirements : Must have matric 3 years retail experience – supervisor or management roles Experience in apparel volume fashion retail 5 staffing. Knowledge of human resource and personnel management principles Having own transport would be of advantage Responsibilities: Setting staff targets, motivating them and reviewing their progress Conducting performance reviews and appraisals Maintaining detailed and accurate sales and profit data Dealing with customer complaints and feedback Managing stock levels and devising pricing structures Please take note: if you have not been contacted within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
