Minimum two years retail management experience, essential. Strong personality to motivate and inspire their teams. Ability to train and develop their staff daily. Strong administrative capabilities. Sales driven daily/weekly/monthly. Customer Service Orientated Key Functions: Manage stock and store assets effectively. Handle daily responsibilities that come with managing a store. Making sure that effective and efficient customer service is carried out. Oversee to the layout of the store. Responsible for store Administration. Deal with customer queries.
