Requirements
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment, preferably in homeware and/or fashion.
  • Proven track record in maximizing turnover, driving exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the aptitude to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent knowledge of innovative visual merchandising techniques to create compelling store displays.
  • Experience in implementing effective stock control measures and reducing stock loss.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and practices within a retail setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
