Responsibilities include:The overall management of a Retail Dulux Specialist Paints store, Sales Team and marketing campaigns of paints and other relatedproducts andSelling of paint productsCustomer service regarding various colour shades, where and what and how to use and general advice on productsInvoicing of all products sold in the shopAssist with marketing and promotion of productsMerchandising and management of stock in the shopThe daily handling of money and recordkeeping of cash, receipts, and card transactionsSpecifications, estimations and quotations for clients and contractorsResponsible for the development, motivation, and training of staffEnsure a high standard of customer service provided by staffHandling of customer enquiries and after-sales complaintsAdmin with regards to the ordering and receiving of stock, and regular stock takesManagement of other office duties:Daily Banking – prepare and bank daily, prepare relevant banking reports and forward to HQPetty Cash – Control expenses, obtain approval for expenses, reconcile weekly, forward via mail to HQRecords – daily filing of company documents to prescribed filing system for easy accessibilityNon-stock ordering – ordering of office supplies and other non-stock ordersDo daily Cash upUpkeep of leave register book of staffAny duties as required by Top Management from time to time.Minimum Requirements:5 years retail management experienceExperience in the paint industry would be an advantageGrade 12 (with business/economics studies and high-grade mathematics).Appropriate tertiary education will be an advantage (E.g.: Management certificate/diploma)Valid driver’s licenseFully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)Good leadership abilitiesGood attention to detailGood multitasking abilitiesExcellent customer service skillsOutgoing and energeticWorking Hours:Monday to Friday: 7h30 to 17h00Saturdays: 8h00 to 12h00Email: recruitmentjfpaints.co.za Apply Now
