Description Purpose of Job: Ensure the company maintains optimal stock levels, prevents stock losses, and maintains a safe and orderly store environment. Key Performance Areas: Financial KPA: Manage costs within the store and warehouse budget. Customer KPA: Ensure excellent customer service on cash sales. Operational KPA: Oversee all warehouse processes and maintain service standards. Learn & Grow KPA: Ensure staff competency and performance. Financial Responsibilities: Maintain warehouse budget. Control consumables. Ensure staff productivity. Invoice management. Customer Responsibilities: Invoicing and dispatching. Handling customer queries promptly. Operational Responsibilities: Control incoming and outgoing stock. Monitor and report on tyre loading. Uphold dispatch SOPs. Maintain rim marking and tyre branding. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations. Decision Making Criteria: Prioritize urgent tasks. Report stock issues to line manager. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Matric qualification. Minimum 5 years of warehousing managerial experience. Minimum 5 years of industry knowledge. Experience with IR policies and procedures. Competencies Required: Knowledge: Sage/Salesforce. Business acumen. Customer service. Transport and dispatch SOPs. Forklift and overhead crane operation. Skills: Communication. Managerial oversight. Problem-solving. Coaching and mentoring.
