Description Store/Sales Person required for a renowned tyre shop based in Port Alfred We are a well-established tyre shop dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Store/Sales Person to join our team. The primaryresponsibility of this role is to assist customers with their tyre-related needs and ensure a positive experience throughout. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the necessary services for their vehicles. • Provide information and recommendations on products, services, and promotions. • Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system. • Ensure the display areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. • Maintain knowledge of current tyre inventory, including sizes, brands, and specifications. Requirements: • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry. • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Basic knowledge of tyres, including types, sizes, and brands. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Grade 12 or equivalent.
