The candidate is to greet customers and initiate conversations with the objective of marketing and selling store products. They also would inform customers of ongoing promotions, provide general assistance with questions and upselling, and help customers make the best choice from the store's products and services. We are on the hunt for a high-energy, confident Sales Assistant, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and product. Being an ambassador of our brand and offering amazing Customer experience. Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions. Assist with Replenishing stock and visual merchandise to ensure the store is always ready for our customers. Opening and closing of shop including balancing of cash registers Ensuring customers receive an outstanding customer experience, by meeting-and-greeting and answering product questions attentively on shop floor Matric certificate. Passionate about retail Possess a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude. Demonstrate initiative to deliver results. Experience in representing a quality brand. Ability to thrive under pressure. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will require weekends and evening shifts. 2 – 3 year's experience in the relevant field. Market Related
