Store Supervisor - Durban
Minimum requirements
Matric
Tertiary Related Qualification Advantageous
5+ Years Supervision Experience in Grocery retail
Excellent customer services skills
Excellent team management/supervision skills
Sound knowledge of the Labour Relations Act.
Duties
Overseeing the daily operations of the retail store department including stock availability and pricing
Managing staff within the relevant department
Ensuring that excellent customer service standards are maintained
Cost management within the department
Training of new employees and rostering of staff
Responsible for the disciplinary process in line with Labour Relation ACT
