Qualification

Requirements

3 or more years working experience in a similar environment
Experience in GRN
Must have a Forklift license
Has to make sure that parts necessary for production lines are in stock when required for a breakdown/service.

Duties

Responsible for accepting spares and parts
Get quotes and do purchase requisitions, submit to factory manager for authorisation.
Ensure a clean working environment is maintained at all times
Book spares to lines for breakdown or service
Send repairs to relevant suppliers
Month end stock take
Do GRN after comparing order and delivery note
Interplant spares transfer
Issuing of spares on maintenance work request
Capture man hours, planned maintenace and down time from job cards on excel.
Follow up on outstanding orders
Wear correct PPE
Follow company policies and procedures
Receives PR's from all sites and get them signed off by managers
Hand over PR's to admin to create PO.
