Reference: PRS000252-JD-1 Position : Bond Stores clerk Number of positions: 1 Location : Prospecton Industry : Shipping and Logistics Salary : Market Related Duties Managing bond transactions for clients Keeping accurate records of bond transactions Assisting clients with bond-related inquiries Preparing and processing bond applications Calculating bond premiums and fees Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Managing the renewal of existing bonds Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate bond transactions Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: Must have Grade 12, Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification. Must have clear criminal record. Familiarity with financial and legal documents Further studies in finance, accounting, supply chain management, or logistics can be advantageous Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a bond store or warehouse environment is required.
