A relevant postgraduate business qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification A Degree in a relevant science, engineering, or business management is essential. Evidence of expertise in organizational governance and business management processes and planning. 5-10 years’ experience in organizational processes preferably within a science, engineering, or R&D environment. Knowledge of business and management principles. Insight into the science and technology aspects of the company. Ability to collect information, synthesize it, and report on it. Good market and trend analysis skills. Good presentation skills. Stakeholder management skills.
