About the Role As the Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability for the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create actionable plans that align with the company's vision and values. Your expertise in strategy development, project management, and data analytics will be critical to achieving the company's short and long-term goals. Responsibilities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve performance. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Conducting research and analysis, using data and data analytics, to inform decision-making on key business issues. Monitoring industry developments and the overall market to inform adjustments in strategy. Providing guidance and support to senior leadership on strategic decision-making. Requirements Have a solid background in strategic planning and implementation Have a relevant Honours Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and MBA Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team. Able to adopt critical thinking, be analytical and detail-oriented Able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance Be able to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
