Responsibilities: Design of steel structures and finite element analysis Completing structural analysis and design of complex structures fabricated from structural steel Conducting finite element modelling and analysis Structural steel and connection design Experience in Civils (Foundation, walls, retaining walls) Vibration design of structures; natural frequency and harmonic response analyses Design of land-based and marine mining structures for ships Requirements: Structural Engineering degree (B.Eng/BSc. Eng/B.Tech) 5-7 years of industry experience Proficiency in FEA in Strand7 Experience in structural steel and connection design Advantageous: Exceptional problem-solving skills, multi-disciplinary skills related to engineering, highly organised and self-motivated, VBA and API integration with Strand7 Benefits: Salary: R750K/yr – R900K/yr, negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training and Development Paid Time Off (PTO) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
