Our client in the EPCM environment is looking for a Structural Technician/ Technologist who has at least 5 years of experience in the EPCM environment or similar sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following Deliver structural engineering designs in a multi-disciplinary project environment. Responsible for analysis of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Delivery of projects following a modern BIM workflow. Design and model in Revit. Produce quality work that conforms to our ISO quality standards. Attend project meetings and monitor the project progress on site. Good understanding of BIM as a principle and Revit as a delivery tool. Keen interest and positive attitude to engineering design, taking ownership and being proactive in the working environment. B-tech/ national diploma in structural/ civil engineering Must be registered with ECSA. Experience of at least 5 years in a consultancy firm Must have design experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design. Proficient with Prokon/ robot/ sumo/ Autodesk Revit Must be based or willing to relocate to Upington (Northern Cape)
