You will work on a diverse range of clients, delivering measurable return on investment and organic growth. You will be responsible for managing various projects, including client liaison, building relationships with clients on a client service level, campaign development, and management. You will work alongside Performance specialists, developers, social media managers, content writers and Google Ad experts to optimise the online presence of these clients. Responsibilities Lead monthly progress and report meetings with both local and international clients As the clients' dependable specialist in online marketing, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients on behalf of the agency Ensure a solid understanding of the client's environment, business goals, and best practices to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes Coordinate and manage various digital marketing services for your clients Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at your clients Facilitate value offerings and prepare quotations for relevant opportunities to existing clients Monitor campaign success on Google Analytics, keyword rank trackers and social media Drive implementation and execution of client success strategies Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the ever-changing world of digital marketing Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training as well as define, monitor, and analyse trends Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs of the company Attributes & Requirements Your own laptop/desktop computer that meets minimum specifications as defined by Employment Contract A strong and reliable internet connection (essentially) Experience with tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager is advantageous, but is not required Passion for digital marketing Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Awesome project management and organisational skills A willingness to take ownership of the work Strong work ethic and self-starter Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets) Experience in an agency environment is advantageous but not required Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with clients Demonstrate resourcefulness and show initiative Education Any tertiary qualification AND 1 years' experience or a previous internship is preferred Benefits Remote work saving on transport and fuel increases Employee Growth Model Aggressive Salary increases Opportunities for professional development and growth, allowing you to advance your career in digital marketing.
