To enforce safety in Smelter engineering/processing/smelting/acid production operations and audit compliance in accordance with Kamoa Copper HSE Management Plan. This role is accountable for identifying leading indictors and devising and guiding the implementation of a mitigation plan. The successful candidate manages Superintendents and Specialized Officers. The scope of this role spans all areas of operations, including backfill plants, surfaced and process plant engineering, logistical operations and the concentrator. T be discussed
