Supervisor - Bloemfontein
Our client that has a NPO business is recruiting for a Supervisor in their organization.
The preferred candidate must be an authority figure that is able to take charge of situations and must be able to manage employees working under them.
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise teams working at different sites
- Ensure teams are at correct sites and all team members are present
- Ensure machinery and equipment is in good condition
- Repairing of machinery and equipment
- Scheduling of employee rosters
- Basic office administration
- Handle employee disciplinary
Company car is used when traveling to sites and a cellphone allowance will be provided
Salary: R12 000
Working hours: 6:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Every 2nd Saturday the Supervisor is expected to ensure teams are at allocated sites
