Knowledge and SkillsFormal Education- Degree in Management (Advantage)
- Recognized qualification as per the FSCA list of recognized qualifications
Technical/Legal Certification- RE 5 (Representatives)
- RE 1 (Key Individuals) (Advantage)
- Fit and Proper Representative: Tier 1
Experience- 4 Years Experience in the Insurance Industry;
- 3 years in Supervisory/Management
- Experience in Category A, B1,B2, C and Retail Benefits
