Hire Resolve is currently assisting a leading manufacturing company in Gauteng in their search for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and products throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Responsibilities : Continuously review and improve relevant system parameters, such as safety stocks, re-order points, and lot sizes across multiple production sites, while also keeping MRP master data correct and up-to-date To control the master data settings related to MRP in BPCS to optimize the stock levels To achieve a constant flow of raw materials to satisfy the production requirements To liaise with the purchasing department to improve the on-time delivery from our vendors and the quality control to identify substandard vendors To set up and run daily, weekly, and monthly control reports Identify and highlight critical material shortages and products that are at risk Compare net requirements against scheduled receipts in monthly periods using extracts from MPS Compare actual vs forecasted volumes and assist with the budgeting and forecasting process Import of material and process of documentation Interact and problem-solve all daily customer queries and resolve them with the necessary sense of urgency Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years operational experience in a FMCG production environment. Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
