Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and talented Supply Chain Graduate to join their team in the Agriculture Industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management or a related field and a passion for the agricultural industry. This role will involve working closely with various teams across the supply chain to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers.Responsibilities:Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of productsMonitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventoryAssist in the development of supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including production, procurement, logistics, and distributionAnalyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizationCommunicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on the status of supply chain operationsAssist in the resolution of supply chain issues and conflicts as they ariseRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a B.Eng.
