Responsibilities include: Streamlining supply chain processes to cut costs and enhance performance Managing outbound logistics for timely delivery to our customers Optimizing inbound logistics for cost-effective delivery Maximizing warehouse efficiency with cutting-edge systems Balancing inventory levels for seamless operations Inspiring and developing our dedicated team Collaborating across departments for aligned strategies Ensuring top-notch customer service and satisfaction Developing strategic plans for resilient operations Tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field 5 years of experience in supply chain management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems Leadership and problem-solving abilities Adaptability and a drive for improvement
