National packaging company in the Packaging / FMCG environment in Pinetown (KwaZulu Nata), requires Supply Chain / Commercial Manager with BComm Honours degree in Finance / CIMA (Chatered Institute of Management Accountants qualification or Supply Chain Management qualification. Person must also have at least 6years experience in commercial supply chain role in the Packaging / FMCG industry (essential), with at least 3years experience in a management role. Person must also have SAP experience, must have strong planning, organising and negotiation skills. Person will be responsible for Supply Chain Planning and Strategy, management of stock levels to ensure availability of stock, management of material inventory, Procurement and Vendor management, Supplier Assessments and Supplier Contract management, Service Level Agreements (SLA's) management and Cost Saving projects. Person will also be responsible for Risk Management, Data Analysis to optimise and improve processes and analysis of industry developments to stay updated on best practises. Person will also be responsible for management and training of supply chain team members. Person must have BComm Honours degree in Finance / CIMA (Chatered Institute of Management Accountants qualification or Supply Chain Management qualification. Person must also have at least 6years experience in commercial supply chain role in the Packaging / FMCG industry (essential), with at least 3years experience in a management role. Person must also have SAP experience, must have strong planning, organising and negotiation skills. Monthly salary packcage negotiable (depending on qualification and experience)
