Strategic Supply Chain Management: Execute supply chain strategies aligned with the Company's business goals. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to align activities with budgetary constraints. Develop and manage cost centre expenses through effective cost accountancy. Supplier and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships to ensure timely procurement of high-quality networking equipment. Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, conduct audits, and implement efficient replenishment processes. Collaborate with the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to maintain accurate records. Demand Forecasting: Work closely with Finance and technical teams to forecast equipment demand accurately. Ensure inventory levels align with expected demand. Procurement Management: Lead the procurement process, optimize procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Monitor transportation partners for timely deliveries. Team Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator and Stock Controller. Set clear expectations and ensure supply chain objectives are met. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to gain insights into supply chain performance. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Implement changes based on data-driven insights. Cost Control and Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance Manager to manage supply chain costs within budget constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of supply chain activities. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility: Consider environmental sustainability in supply chain decisions. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain contingency plans for unexpected scenarios. Technology Utilization: Utilize warehouse management systems and relevant software. Stay updated on technological advancements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. experience in supply chain management roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
