They are offering an exciting career opportunity for a SUPPORT ACCOUNT MANANGER who can help nurture and grow the customer base through dedicated relationship management, onboarding of new clients as well as client support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide outstanding support to self-service clients via various channels, including phone, email, video calls and live chat. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of products. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly and effectively, utilizing appropriate resources and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address common client concerns or training needs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and offer suggestions for product or process enhancements. EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Diploma or higher education. Proven experience in providing customer support and training to clients. Experience using online software tools (preferable). Experience in the Financial Services industry (preferable). ATTRIBUTES: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Afrikaans). Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-orientated and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
