The RBI support engineer is tasked with the review, preparation and evaluation of RBI data according to the applicable procedures and relevant standards in support of the RBI implementation of Fixed Asset Equipment. Data analysis, process P&ID interpretation, piping Isometric evaluation Financial Performance To support and contribute to the Industry Department to meet Financial performance and objectives. To perform and complete all technical assignment on time and within allocated hours and costs. Sales Performance The RBI support engineer is not directly responsible for sales, however his/her role is to contribute to BV reputation for quality studies and reviews. He/She may be involved in the preparation of tenders and proposals, in particular in the definition and battery limits of Scope of Work, Cost-Time-Resources scenario and contribute to meet overall the Industry Department Sales performance and objectives. The RBI Support Enginner shall, but not limited to: Responsible for coordination of all RBI initiatives to gather and review the required data, to establish implementation plans and execute implementation tasks. Gather Operations and Process Data: Obtain from site personnel, operating and process information from applicable documentation. Populate and verify all required RBI data inputs. Complete required Asset Strategy Approval documentation. Upload all equipment data and associated information into the relevant system. The RBI Support Engineer shall ensure work is executed using approved procedures, appropriate calibrated tools and validated software, and monitor the required format of the deliverables. The RBI Support Engineer supports and contributes to meet overall the Industry Department performance to comply with Human Resources Policies and KPIs. B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng / N.Dip qualification 1-3 years of relevant experience. API 580 certified practitioner advantageous O&G and Refinery experience is an advantage. Technical skills. Be able to demonstrate competency in some of the following reliability/integrity techniques or tools, such as, Asset Criticality Rankings, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) studies. Valid Code B driver's license Knowledge of relevant API standards is advantageous Exposure to project management (planning & scheduling, organizational skills, being proactive) Able to carry out several tasks concurrently and deliver accurately, Teamwork & Communication: fluent in English oral and written, open to support others, Open mind and willing to learning new skills.
