Technical Support IT : Install & Support for Healthcare IT, GE and Getinge - Gauteng The successful candidate must have: Have at least 3 years' experience in a technical IT / Network support environment, preferably gained in a clinical environment; Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of complex IT systems; Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Be able to troubleshoot and resolve both technical and workflow issues; Be prepared to travel regularly for implementation and support work; Be able to work independently to achieve results with minimal supervision; Be willing and able to learn the latest healthcare IT systems workflow technology at an application and technical level in a condensed period of time; Hold a valid and relevant IT certification. Core Responsibilities will be: Provide front line support for Centricity High Acuity clinical systems (Anaesthesia and Critical Care) Cardio Vascular IT, Getinge DHS support and Clinical Systems IT support; Provide ongoing end-user training in the use of systems and education to promote continuous process improvement; Resolve workflow and technical issues independently, where possible, or work with others to ensure their resolution; Develop and maintain your own skill set and knowledge base to ensure that you are able to be the subject matter expert that the customer can rely on; Be a positive representative of the company in all dealings with the customer, taking ownership of any issue raised and ensuring each issue is addressed to the satisfaction of the customer; Provide effective communications, both written and verbal, between company and the customer by means of regular meetings, feedback reporting, escalation of unattended issues and follow-ups; Interface between Head office support functions and the customer to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Monthly Salary: Market related
