Job Advert Summary Clover is looking for a Support Manager: Distribution to support the business in the development and maintenance of the integrated distribution system. This position is based at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort. Minimum Requirements Degree Business English: Fluent Computer literacy (Advanced) Working with Senior Management Management Experience Travel off-site / Overnight Stay Duties and Responsibilities Assist with business process development i.r.o. ERP system. Do high level business process analysis, propose changes, develop specifications for new and other systems Test the system and changes to the system to ensure it satisfy the business need Implement the appropriate changes and new developments Update system documentation Train users and render a support service. Perform system month end and credit control month end processing Perform system balancing process Perform system housekeeping functions Compile training manuals Train new key users Provide support to distribution operations. Support the administrative processes at branch level Investigate stock losses and assist to implement preventative action Audit branch admin process Assist with operational process changes and implementation Manage & support system interfaces with Principals and other Clover systems Ensure branch checklists are updated and audited regularly Perform ad hoc reporting and projects. Manage projects on request Assist with ad hoc investigations and problem solving
