System Analyst - Procurement - South Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Maintaining all Coupa User Master Data elements, including but not limited to User access, roles, cost centres, approval workflows, content groups & approval chains Maintaining the Coupa Platform Business Elements, including but not limited to, Purchase Order forms, templates, application homepage,Management of submission blockers, invoice tolerances, security controls and custom fields Participate in resolving Coupa system integration elements Execution of system changes including but not limited to, configuration changes, commodity trees, change control testing and documentation. Including co-ordinating across various parties for testing and sign off Create and maintain operational reporting and analytics including but not limited to operational reports used to track team performance and monitoring of procurement activities Business User report requests Analyse information and data Provide business user support on system administration and integration related matters, ensuring that resolution meets the business rhythm needs and is within expected SLA's Ensure that TFG, Procurement, Enablement compliance & audit requirements are met when maintaining all Coupa elements Identify system and processes opportunities that optimize the power of the system and or the user experience - contribute to the continuous improvement Qualifications and Experience: A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent Business Analysis, Data Analysis and / or Procurement qualification preferable 3-5 years' experience in a related field, preferably with in-depth knowledge and systems and analysis experience Experience using a financial ERP system Proficiency with Excel Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and simplification of complex requirements and processes essential Skills: Excellent attention to detail Strong business analysis and data analysis skills The ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growth and high change environment (Resilience) Critical thinking and high problem-solving ability Ability to learn and adapt quickly with a flexible and positive attitude Excellent relationship and networking skills Ability to manage own workload and timelines Customer centric with high delivery approach Behaviours: Action Oriented - readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness Communicates Effectively - conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful manner Courage - confronts and tackles challenging situations with courage Decision Quality - consistently makes timely, well-rounded and informed decisions Ensures Accountability - takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets Manages Complexity - interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems Plans and Aligns - develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectives Tech Savvy - leverages new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving, and support business growth Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act. ABOUT THE TEAM The procurement team source non-merchandise goods for TFG all under one umbrella, ensuring group efficiency and best standards in quality and supplier negotiation. The team is responsible for the procurement of multiple categories within TFG.
