Systems Analyst - Johannesburg
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and functionality of various solutions within the organization.
About the role:
- Provide comprehensive analyses and documentation of solution components. This includes understanding the intricacies of various systems, software, and applications involved in the organization's infrastructure.
- Manage the organization's API catalogue, documenting APIs thoroughly and ensuring accessibility for developers. Clear and comprehensive documentation of APIs is crucial for efficient development and integration processes.
- Create technical diagrams and documents to illustrate system architectures, data flows, integration points, and other technical aspects. These documents will serve as valuable references for the development team, guiding them through implementation processes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
- Responsible for analysing non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Understanding these requirements is crucial for designing robust and efficient systems.
- Actively participate in the design process, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the usability, functionality, and scalability of solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the quality management plan, outlining processes and procedures to ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and provide insights for improvement.
