HR degree/diploma at NQF level 6 3-5 years' Reporting and Company System Administration working experience Extensive SAP experience on organisational processes (Org structures, business plans) Experience in gathering of functional requirements and developing technical specifications Knowledge of organisational and time & attendance pro-cesses, principles and systems Advanced Computer Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) Medical Certificate of fitness Perform continuous checks to ensure compliance on relevant company systems Add hoc reporting of engagements, terminations and movements Interpret business requirements into system deliverables Organisational and business plan (BPC) management Liaise with Group Services with regard to any system functionalities and specifications Control and enhancements of processes related to the system organogram, business plan and time & attendance Training of subordinates on SAP & Firefly Supervision of subordinates and validation of work output System support and fault finding Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times Apply Now
