You may deem your application to be unsuccessful should you not receive feedback within 7 days of application. Systems Developer with sound Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience. Main function: The Systems Developer will be collaborating with other managers, upgrade and integrate Dynamics NAV ERP for various business units. Responsibilities include: Conduct software development tasks such as programming and analysis. Maintenance, testing, and client support for the developed software and the systems in which it functions. Development within Dynamics NAV ERP, as well as other systems in the business Create programming for system integrations and data import/export processes Developing new functionalities in Dynamics NAV and integrating NAV with add-ons Designing customized Dynamics NAV solutions for business units Discussing colleagues' requirements Proposing solutions, often in collaboration with colleagues Designing and building web applications using a range of frameworks and scripting languages Testing projects and responding to any problems or bugs revealed Managing projects through their lifecycle Developing documentation and training to support new applications Reporting on functionality of web applications and devising plans for improvement Qualification: B-degree in Computer Sciences Experience: 3 years of Dynamics NAV experience is essential Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Installations and Configuration Microsoft Development Certifications (MCP, MCSD) (advantageous) Proven experience with installation and customization of systems including Dynamics NAV / Navision C# Programming language Experience of NAV within the Manufacturing industry Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills. Teamwork skills, because most projects require input from individuals in different roles. Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
