Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure cloud services, and networking infrastructure. Implement and support routing and switching technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and network infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure cloud services. Proficiency in routing and switching technologies. Azure or Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are a must. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
