Systems Operations Intern (Remote) - KTOB Solutions - Cape Town Region

We are currently seeking a Systems Operations Intern to join our dynamic IT team, with a focus on optimizing Zoho applications Daily Tasks: Monitor the performance of Zoho applications and systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users and associates. Assist in responding to and resolving helpdesk tickets related to Zoho applications. Conduct routine system checks and backups. Creation of dashboards, reports, and scheduled emails to meet evolving business needs. Weekly Tasks: Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Develop and implement small-scale automation using Deluge scripting. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming tasks. Monthly Tasks: Assist in conducting system audits to ensure compliance and security. Document system configurations, updates, and changes. Review and optimize existing workflows within Zoho applications. Ad Hoc Tasks: Create and customize reports and dashboards within Zoho applications. Schedule emails and notifications for automated processes. Build and maintain Zapier integrations to enhance system functionality. Collaborate with the Data Validation Manager to ensure data integrity. Export and import data as needed for various projects and analyses. . Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
