StaffAtAClick, a well-established company in the Temporary Employment Services Industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant . This is a permanent position and is based in Edenvale. The incumbent will have primary responsibility of playing a supportive role in the overall functionality of the Talent Acquisition Department in terms of recruitment, termination, general administration, screening and shortlisting of candidates whilst developing and fostering a good working relationship. Recruiting and screening of candidates both TES and Once off Placements. Assisting candidates to apply on our online Recruitment App and using this platform as a main source to recruit candidates from. Ensuring all new candidates have thorough reference and background verification checks done. Compile a shortlist of standby employees. Enrolling new applicants on Staff Data Management System Scanning and loading of all employee documents onto the system and file in the employee file accordingly. Update employee data as and when necessary, on the system, e.g.; loading new bank details, updating of driver's licenses and PRDP's etc. Filing and updating employee files Complete termination documents and handle queries from department of labour or bargaining councils Prepare exit bundles upon resignation/dismissal/end of contract / retrenchment Conduct confirmation of employment as well as reference letters upon request. Support head of department in collating and reporting of accurate HR information Assist in compiling monthly/ weekly reports Regularly auditing and stacking away inactive files Grade 12 Experience within recruitment environment Related tertiary qualification would be beneficial. Monthly Salary of R 8 000 to R12 000 CTC, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
