Achieve monthly set targets by sourcing and placing suitable candidates with clients and managing a beneficial client relationship. Manage and control all aspects of Recruitment Source and place vacancies Place assigned adverts on various job portals Source and interview suitable candidates Ensure constant communication with clients and provide thorough feedback Ensure monthly set targets are met Coordinate existing and new job specs as per clients criteria Search existing database for suitable candidates for positions Search portals for candidates in the market that match client requirements on orders Place advertisements on portals and in newspapers Conduct reference checks on all candidates Pre-screen and book interviews with suitable candidates Database filing Complete weekly recruitment report for management Research and use pro-active techniques when sourcing, to ensure that the best available candidates in the market are sourced Contact candidates on database and access whether they are still actively seeking employment and if they are, discuss positions available Responsible for recruitment of assignees in all categories for current and new contracts Always have an updated database for skilled people (artisans, etc.) Maintain and update department files i.e. applications pack and all relevant documentation Be actively involved with the start-up of new contracts to ensure quality staff is supplied Build a professional relationship with clients and deliver exceptional customer service Maintain, manage and have a good understanding of all administration and recruitment systems and policies Enforce and maintain correct company policies and procedures in terms of workflow and personnel Any other duties as requested by management from time to time Matric(National Senior Certificate) Human Resource Management Degree or equivalent
