To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification (Industrial Psychology preferred) as well as at least 5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition/Retention role. Strong recruitment skills and tech savviness are essential. Post-grad qualification and registration with the HPCSA will be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities in this role will include developing an effective acquisition/retention strategy, building and maintaining talent pipelines and seeking and selecting qualified individuals. Leadership experience is crucial as you will be leading a team of dynamic talent acquisition specialists.
