The Specialist will work closely with our recruiter/s and HR team to manage sourcing, interviewing and recruitment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Track recruitment metrics and analyze data Matric and tertiary education in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. R50 000 - R70 000 no commissions.
