Talent Acquisition Specialist - Centurion
Job Description includes but not limited to:Work closely with our clients on their recruitment needs.Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.Provide feedback to management and our clients about details regarding applications.Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates.Conduct various checks.Maintain and improve on the relationship with our clients.
