The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Talent to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of talent sourcing, candidate shortlisting, talent catalogues, and communications. You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from drafting and sending contracts to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, with a proven track record in recruitment or HR, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage your team of talent specialists, shaping the future of remote recruitment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain and update talent catalogues, ensuring a rich pool of candidates for various roles. Draft, review, and send out contracts and onboarding documents. Utilize platforms like Trello and LinkedIn for talent management and sourcing. Conduct Zoom interviews, demonstrating a customer service-first mindset in all client and candidate interactions. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and platforms to improve the recruitment process, with a nice-to-have familiarity with Team Tailor. Over time, build and oversee a team of talent specialists, driving the success of our talent acquisition efforts. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or HR processes. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Trello, LinkedIn, and preferably Team Tailor. Experience conducting Zoom interviews and interacting with clients/customers with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ambitious, with a keen interest in learning and diversifying skill sets.
