Our Clients are seeking a skilled Code 14 Hazardous Liquid Driver Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure our drivers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely transport hazardous liquids. The Hazardous Liquid Driver Trainer will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance within our clients organization. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers transporting hazardous liquids Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on topics such as hazardous materials regulations, safe loading and unloading procedures, emergency response protocols, and defensive driving techniques Provide one-on-one coaching and support to drivers to address specific training needs Evaluate and assess driver performance during training sessions and provide feedback for improvement Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and update training materials and curriculum based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the transportation of hazardous materials Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Serve as a subject matter expert on hazardous materials transportation regulations and best practices Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the transportation industry, preferably with a focus on hazardous materials Extensive knowledge of hazardous materials regulations, including DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with drivers and other stakeholders Ability to travel to different locations as needed for training sessions Certification as a hazardous materials instructor (e.g., HAZMAT Trainer Certification) is preferred Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazardous materials endorsement is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., transportation, occupational safety) is preferred Apply Now
