REQUIREMENTS- Matric with relevant qualification advantageous
 - Must not be running your own business
 - Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
 - Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is an advantage
 - Must have exceptional analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 - Experience with Adobe PDF, PowerApps, MS Planner and One Drive would be an advantage
 - Basic knowledge of SARS E-filing and terminology such as EMP201, EMP501, ITSA, VAT201 
 - Knowledge of CIPC and UIF will be an advantage 
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
 - Works well under pressure and remains calm to meet deadlines
 - Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
 - Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written
 - Ability to work independently, without needing to be micro-managed
 - Ability to work in a quiet office environment with minimal interaction with people
 - Must have own reliable transport or live in the vicinity of Century City
 - Must be flexible with your hours and be willing to work overtime as and when needed.
 
 DUTIES- Co-ordinate and schedule appointments
 - Answer phone calls, emails, and other enquiries
 - Maintain and organize our digital filing system
 - Provide all SARS and Accounting administrative tasks relating to tax compliancy
 - Consulting with clients and SARS
