We are looking for a Tax Manager to manage the Tax Department of an accounting and consulting services firm in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town . The organization I am representing is market leading, and extremely fast - growing, in the Cloud Accounting space. They focus on SME clients, and pride themselves on delivering a tailor made product basket of accounting services. The organization places a huge emphasis on employee wellness, and creating a “fun”, but hard working, work environment. This role is also open to candidates who would like to relocate to Cape Town. Prepare, and lodge all Tax returns on SARS Efiling (IT14; IT12; Provisional Tax) Ensure clients comply with relevant Tax legislation. Advise, and recommend accounting and consulting staff on tax matters. Lodge objections on clients behalf, on SARS platform. Registered Tax Practitioner is preferred. Relevant Tax qualification - eg. Hons in Tax; Adv Dip Tax etc. At least 3 years Tax Manager experience, in an accounting / auditing environment. Management / supervisory experience in a Tax Department. R660,000 - R750,000 very dependent on experience and qualifications.
