Reference: CPT000398-LO-1 A world class fuel refinery has a vacancy available for a Taxation Manager at their premises in Milnerton, Cape Town. Responsibilities: Financial reporting, Tax planning and Audit support Guiding management and other internal stakeholders on the tax implications of business decisions. Participate as a team member on the SAPIA Indirect Tax forum and represent the views of the company. Tax risk management and compliance. Build and maintain effective relationships with external tax advisors and tax authorities Lead a team of tax employees, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities. Work Experience: CA(SA) qualification A Master's degree in taxation or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 6 years' related experience In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax laws Ability to communicate complex tax concepts succinctly and clearly. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including ability to motivate a team, foster collaboration and drive results.
