Responsibilities: Leading a team of recruiters and ensuring their productivity and success. Managing the recruitment process and ensuring it is efficient and effective. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Providing guidance and support to team members. Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive improvements. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices. Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems. Requirements Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency setting. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Experience with recruitment software and systems. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional and confident demeanor.
