Call Centre Team Leader, Illovo - Johannesburg
Market Related plus commission
Responsible for managing the call centre sales team who process Inbound calls.
Help the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales budget/s set for the unit and optimize the unit resources as set by the sales division.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience managing call centre staff
Call Centre Knowledge, Good admin skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the performance and motivate the team on a daily
Manage the sales management systems, structures, technology platforms, policies and procedures
Ensure unit recruits, selects, assesses and appoint sales and admin staff
Manage and development departmental staff
Salary: R10,000.00 - R15,500.00 per month + incentive bonus monthly
