What you'll be doing if you get the job: As a member of our team, the primary focus of your role will include managing the Conservation Team within our Sales and Distribution division. Your role may change over time, depending on your performance, and the business's needs. Who'll you report to: You'll be based at our Head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. You'll report to the Head of Distribution Finance, Efficiencies and Performance. Your qualifications: • Grade 12 (Essential) • RE5 (Essential) • Relevant tertiary qualification; B.Com in Financial Planning (Beneficial). Your Outputs (include but is not limited to): • Conserve policies in arrears • Reconstruct policies at clients request • Conserve RAR's • Coaching • Quality Assure policies conserved • Quality Assure Calls • Identify reporting requirements • Identify process enhancements • Monthly one on ones with team Your Experience: • 5 or more years' experience in similar role • Leadership experience would be beneficial. • Knowledge of long-term insurance industry • Experience in Individual life insurance product i.e. Life cover, Permanent Disability cover, Temp Income Cover and Critical Illness • Sound Business and Operational knowledge of Insurance Industry conservation processes Skills • Strong interpersonal relationship skills • Strong sales skills • Ability to present to groups of people • Leadership skills • Team player • Good Communication Skills • Task and deadline orientated • Analytical mind and above average problem-solving techniques • Strong sense of ownership • Pro-active and innovative • Relationship Management • Coaching • Process Champion and Customer Champion • Ability to mitigate risks • Knowledge Manager • Delegation and Capacity ability • Interpersonal skills R18 000 – R25 000 TCTC excluding a 20% incentive paid six monthly.
