Reference: JHB006579-GB1-1Our legal client based in Roodepoort is looking for a Debt Collection Team Leader to join their dynamic team Minimum requirements: Grade 12/Matric 5 years’ experience in debt collection as a team leader Must have experience with collections for municipalities Ability to work in a team Proper time management and ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast paced environment Encumbant must have experience within government sector for debt collection, added advantage - experience with municipalities Core Responsibilities: To analyze unsatisfactory items and implement action plans Ensure all deadlines are met Analyse and document for quality assurance To work closely with the supervisor to ensure the collection team have sufficient phone coverage in relation to requests for leave and any schedule changes Meet and exceed all targets Conduct telephone monitoring and dialer coaching sessions to ensure efficient collections Ensure all policies are adhered to Ensure that reports to clients are produced in a concise and accurate format Review delinquent accounts and develop strategies to ensure successful collections Personal Attributes & Skills Requirements: Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal relations Ability to meet deadlines Ability to motivate and manage consultants Good planning and organizational skills Consultant: Glicinda Du Plessis - Dante Personnel Johannesburg Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful Apply Now
