Description REQUIREMENTS: National Diploma in Logistics/Inventory management 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment 5 years of experience in supplying production assembly lines Excellent SAP knowledge as it pertains to Inventory and Warehouse Management Excellent computer literacy in MS Office especially Excel Valid Forklift license Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Experience with inventory management and material handling Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to work under pressure Willingness to work shifts RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage daily operations of the Component Store, including receiving, stocking, and issuing materials Lead and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of materials for production Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and meet company goals
